Return & Exchange Policy – Sharwa

1. Returns & Exchanges for New Products

   • New, unused products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

   • Products must be in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.

2. Products with Defects or Manufacturing Issues

   • These products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

   • The original invoice from the same store must be presented for the request to be accepted.

3. Excluded Products

   • Personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

   • Products sold as part of promotions or discounts can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect, and cannot be returned.

4. General Conditions

   • All prices include taxes.

 الاسترجاع والاستبدال للمنتجات الجديدة  
   - يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات الجديدة غير المستخدمة خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.  
   - يشترط أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.

 المنتجات التي بها عيوب أو خلل مصنعي  
   - يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.  
   - يجب تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية من نفس المتجر لقبول الطلب.

المنتجات المستثناة  
   - منتجات العناية الشخصية غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال نهائيًا.  
   - المنتجات المباعة ضمن العروض أو الخصومات يمكن استبدالها فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي، ولا يمكن استرجاعها.
